Meet the Crobots!
This uber cute amigurumi craft book arrived a couple of days ago from Andrews McMeel Publishing for me to pattern test. But since I have yet to learn how to crochet (or to knit ) for that matter, I will in the meantime show you what a sweet gift book this would be for hip, crafty 18-to-35 year (or older) olds who are getting "hooked" daily. If you are already a die hard amigurumi crafter, this is another must-have book for you. It's available for purchase here or on Amazon.
Crobots: 20 Amigurumi Robots to Make is authored by keen amigurumi maker and craftswoman Nelly Pailloux who also runs her online shop Le Fee Crochette. Leafing through the pages, I squealed at the delightful, sassy, fresh and hip lay-out that truly appeals to new crochet enthusiasts. This book features 20 unique amigurumi robot creatures and space denizens like Bopbot, Mrchanobot (my favorite), Babybot, Geisha, Cosmic Bear and Matryoshka among others. Every crobot pattern comes with a material list and blueprint instructions as well as skill level from simple to complex.
So now, I better learn to crochet! I can't wait to make Mechanobot!
I'd be busy this weekend making crafts and things and preparing a Mother's Day update for Happy Handmades Shop.
Have an enjoyable, crafty weekend!

So, is this book for sale yet or still in beta testing? My oldest grandbaby...6 years old... loves all this robots. This would be a must!
