Blink, blink. Moving photograph? You bet.

A cinemagraph is a clever cross breed between a photograph and video. It's not really video but arguably more mesmerizing than plain photograph.  Visual graphics artist Kevin Burg and  photographer Jamie Beck are at the forefront of this captivating art.
