Recipe: Easy Ice Cream Cake

EASY ICE CREAM CAKE RECIPE
- Ice cream (any flavor of your choice)
- Honey flavored graham crackers
- Chilled, sweetened whipped cream/chocolate frosting with sprinkles (optional)
- Fresh sliced fruits (optional)
Directions:
1. Line a small Pyrex pan with graham crackers.
2. Scoop a generous amount of ice cream and spread over graham crackers. Add another layer of ice cream and repeat process. Spread a layer of chilled whipped cream or chocolate frosting over the topmost later of graham crackers. Decorate with fresh fruits or sprinkles.
3. Freeze overnight before eating. Enjoy!
