Making a sewing machine cover

Happy Caturday crafty sweetlings! How is your weekend coming along? Things have been quiet in the craft room for the last couple of months due to alternative work arrangements and balancing the complicated work-home balance situation. I have another dollhouse kit courtesy of a good friend. This time it's a theatre box type of dollhouse which looks more difficult to assemble. It has smaller parts and more minute details that are a challenge when you are  forty-ish and your vision is a bit less sharp.

For now, I'm showing a finished project that I made last weekend. It is a surprisingly easy serger and sewing machine cover project made from a free pattern from Closet Core Patterns. I'm inviting you to explore the site for great  sewing project ideas!
