Recipe: Easy Strawberry Jam Cheesecake
Everybody loves cheesecake! We can all say it's our favorite kind of cake. Enjoy the summer season with this easy cheesecake recipe glazed with strawberry jam.
EASY STRAWBERRY JAM CHEESECAKE RECIPE
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1 pack 200 grams MY San crushed graham crackers
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Filling:
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (juice of half of lemon)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
1. To make crust, blend crushed graham crackers and sugar with cubed butter until grainy. Blend well with hands (use plastic gloves).
2. To make the cheesecake base, firmly press graham cracker mixture onto 8x5x2" pan until smooth and even.
3. Using a mixer, blend together until cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and well combined.
4. Spoon cheesecake filling onto crust.
5. Put pan in baine marie (hot water bath) and bake at 250F for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool before adding thin strawberry jam toping.
