Weekend sewing: Kitty cat pillow cases
It's been ages since I made anything. The last handmade stuff I made was a sewing machine cover and that was last year. The pandemic really dampened my sewing mojo but I'm glad now it's back!
I bought a few cat inspired fabrics last year and unfortunately I've forgotten where I stored them. Last weekend while I was re-organizing my room I found the said fabric stash in a plastic box along with my colored felt collection. I also found this vintage sewing basket made of lovely cherry wood in an Instagram shop that sells surplus Japanese stuff. Maybe it's a sign to gather all my sewing notions and stuff once again and do some revenge sewing.

Absolutely loved this! I don't see but I can certainly see how that vintage sewing organizer gave you back your mojo. It's a cat in a calico print dress--a calico cat :-)
