Recipe: Peach Mango Pockets
One of my favorite fast food snacks is peach mango pie from Jollibee. I love how chunky bits of mango and peach ooze out of perfectly crispy pastry parcels. Truly the perfect hand pie that is totally addicting!
Mangoes are plentiful and exceptionally sweet during summertime and what better way to enjoy these tropical delights than to pair them with peaches- an awesome combination.
