Hello post-pandemic Japan! So lovely to see you again. :)
Tokyo is fun to visit in any season but summer can be daunting for those who cannot stand extreme heat and humidity. Well, I got a taste of the legendary Japanese summer last August even if I live in Southeast Asia and it's 30 plus celsius all year round. The summer heat in Japan is another kind of beast though. It is not as humid compared to the Philippines but it's a dryish kind of heat that gets one easily fatigued and exhausted. There were some places in my Tokyo itinerary that I was not able to visit due to the extreme temperature but I enjoyed staying indoors and sampling lots of yummy Japanese food and drinks. I hope to see Tokyo in much colder climes next time!

Thank you for sharing these great photographs. I have never seen picutures of Tokyo on a blog I read. I have seen Melanie and Miffy somewhere ... I must ask my friend who lived in Japan when she was a little girl whether it would be an idea to go to Tokyo someday.

Hi Regula! Tokyo or Japan is worth visiting...over and over again! :) Japan is big on Miffy, Moomin and Snoopy. Must be the kawaii/anime/cartoon culture.
