Recipe: Chickpea Cakes (Gluten and dairy -free)

She also has a blog that complements her YouTube channel. I have been browsing her recipe collection and I have found this recipe that I adapted for quick plant based protein fix.
Chickpea Cakes

- In a blender, combine 2 cans of Garbanzo beans with 2 eggs, stock vegetable seasoning, ground black pepper and pinch of salt.
- Transfer chickpea mixture to a bowl and stir in chickpea flour gradually until well mixed.
- In a hot pan, shallow fry a scoop of garbanzo mixture. Flatten into round cakes using a turner. Cook until golden brown.
- Enjoy while hot. You may add a dipping sauce of your choice (ketchup, honey mustard etc).
